Periodic and Preventive Maintenance Services

Periodic and preventive maintenance is carried out in order to keep the performance of uninterrupted services and equipment at the maximum level, to guarantee their effective service life and to ensure the reliability of the systems in the facilities served.

Our expert maintenance team plans and carries out all stages in integration with the business managers of the facilities and our quality management systems.

PLANNING: Periodic and preventive maintenance requirements, frequencies, maintenance criteria and standards of the equipment to be maintained are determined. The maintenance plan is prepared according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations of the equipment, past experience and industry practices.

PREPARATION: According to the maintenance plan of the systems to be maintained, the necessary maintenance equipment and consumables that require periodic replacement are provided. Since maintenance equipment and materials directly affect the quality, safety and efficiency of maintenance, the reliability, maintenance and calibration of measuring equipment and hand tools used in maintenance are carefully monitored.

MAINTENANCE: According to the maintenance plan of the systems to be maintained, maintenance activities are carried out by our expert teams. Maintenance activities include the control of system components, function and performance tests, general cleaning, adjustment and alarm control and taking records. At the end of the maintenance, the operating authority is informed about the systems for which maintenance activities are carried out, and if any, problems and improvement suggestions are conveyed. Maintenance forms are issued as a result of all maintenance.

RECORDING & REPORTING: Information about the systems that are being maintained is processed in the TBS Mühendislik Maintenance and Service Portal. In this way, all maintenance history, measurement results, performance and warranty processes of the equipment are recorded and reported to our Business Partners. Maintenance records are also used to evaluate maintenance performance, make improvements, and generate necessary reports.
